About Me

I am Mrs. Ty Ratana, a certified professional trainer and business development leader with over 10 years of experience specializing in customer service excellence, sales performance, and leadership development. I design and deliver practical, results-driven training programs that strengthen communication, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Currently, I serve as a Business Development Manager at API Development Consulting, where I lead capacity-building initiatives and provide tailored training solutions to a diverse range of clients. My work focuses on equipping teams with the skills to build strong client relationships, improve conversion rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in competitive markets.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with international organizations on impactful development initiatives and partnered with private sector companies to strengthen their sales strategies, develop high-performing teams, and elevate service standards. I combine global insights with hands-on, practical approaches to ensure participants can immediately apply what they learn.

I hold a Master’s degree in Development Policies and Practices from Geneva, which allows me to bring a global perspective to my training. My mission is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth through excellent customer service and effective sales practices.
